These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tollr mobile application ("the app"), operated by Christopher Wright ("I", "me", or "my"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Tollr is a toll price information tool designed to help you make informed decisions about express lane usage. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
Toll prices displayed in the app are retrieved in real time from third-party services (Google Routes API and TollGuru TollTally) and are provided for informational purposes only. Prices may vary from what is actually charged at a toll facility due to factors including traffic conditions, pricing updates, or data delays. Tollr makes no guarantee that displayed prices are accurate, complete, or current. Always verify toll amounts before making decisions.
Tollr offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription ("Tollr Pro") and a consumable 24-hour Day Pass, available through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:
Subscriptions and purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
The app includes a limited number of free route searches. Once your free searches are used, a Tollr Pro subscription or Day Pass is required to continue using the app's route comparison features.
The app requests access to your device location while in use. Your location is used solely to calculate toll costs and compare routes. It is never stored on our servers or shared with third parties for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that toll price information will be accurate at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christopher Wright shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on toll price information displayed in the app.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
